Jan Kos has been with VGD Corporate Finance for five years. Before that he worked at CRA Rating Agency (affiliate Moody‘s Investors Service). He participated in, among others, projects to provide an overall credit facility to Lumen International; raise acquisition financing for an investor group led by PCTC Management for the acquisition of Strunal; prepare a consumer credit scheme for Miele; for the rating assessment of Lumen International; and to analyze investment opportunities, rating assessment and to prepare business plan for C.S. Cargo Group, he has taken an active role in a process of Unicredit becoming equity partner to C.S. Cargo, he led acquisition process of Smidbersky Transport and has raised acquisition financing for a major construction company.

Jan Kos graduated from University of New York in Prague. He is fluent in English and German.
