Before joining VGD Corporate Finance Radim Hlavačka worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade initially in the European Integration Department, later in the Structural Funds Department. Radim Hlavačka has been with VGD Corporate Finance for four years, mainly focusing on market research, company analysis, financial modelling and planning, indicative company valuation.

At VGD Corporate Finance, he participated in, among others, an analysis of investment opportunities for Ontraxx; preliminary analysis of investment opportunities for Attradius insurer; valuation including business plan of Klenoty Aurum and the development of a business plan and financial projections for C.S. Cargo Group – the valuation including the Czech, Slovak and Russian affiliates. He has also been involved in researching potential target companies in logistics and transportation sector in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other CEE countries.

Radim Hlavačka graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the College of Mining in Ostrava, majoring in Public Finance. Radim Hlavačka is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
